The 4-month session is an introduction to the 108-move set (comprised of 40 different moves). Students will become familiar with the sequence of the set and the basic principles of Tai Chi:
● Foot placement
● Body alignment
● Weight shifting
● Arm movements
These classes provide further detail and understanding of each move. With continued practice, there is an emphasis on improving balance through correct angles, alignment and relaxation.
$20/month OR $50/3 months.
Once a Beginner Session is completed, students are welcome to attend any classes.
Paid up members may attend any or all classes they wish.
