The 4-month session is an introduction to the 108-move set (comprised of 40 different moves). Participants will become familiar with the sequence of the set and the basic principles of Tai Chi:
● Foot placement
● Body alignment
● Weight shifting
● Arm movements
These classes provide further detail and understanding of each move. With continued practice, there is an emphasis on improving balance through correct angles, alignment and relaxation.
These occur in the community park on the covered pad as non- instructed activity consisting of warm up and sets . Sunday at 9 :00 am and Wednesday at 10:30 am .
$25/month OR $60/3 months.
Once a Beginner Session is successfully completed, members are welcome to attend any of the classes.
Paid up members may attend any or all classes they wish.
