We heard from 63 members in our December 2025 survey, and the results were wonderful to read. Thank you to everyone who took the time to share your thoughts — your feedback helps us keep improving.
The Big Picture
- Average satisfaction rating: 9.0 out of 10
- 98% of members would recommend PSTCS to a friend
- More than half of respondents gave us a rating of 9 or 10
These numbers reflect a community that genuinely loves what we do together, and we’re deeply grateful for that.
What You Love Most
Members consistently highlighted the same things when asked what they value most about PSTCS:
- The welcoming atmosphere — no pressure, no judgment, all abilities embraced
- Our volunteer instructors — appreciated for their dedication, knowledge, and commitment
- Health benefits — improved balance, flexibility, posture, and sleep
- The meditative quality — that sense of calm focus that carries into daily life
- The “flow” experience — those moments when everyone moves as one
- Community and friendships — familiar faces and a genuine sense of belonging
- Exceptional value — a world-class practice at an accessible cost
What You’d Like to See Improved
You were also candid about areas where we can do better, and we’re listening:
- Class crowding is the most frequently mentioned concern. So many of you have joined us that space is becoming tight, and we’re actively exploring solutions — including possible afternoon sessions and other options.
- More encouragement in instruction — members want to hear more about what they’re doing well, not just what needs correcting.
- More practice time relative to instruction and warm-up, especially in continuing classes.
- Better support for beginners — a slower pace and more repetition to build confidence.
- Corner synchronization — keeping the four corners in better time with each other and the lead instructor.
What’s Next
The board is reviewing the full survey results and will be working through the feedback in the months ahead. Key priorities include addressing crowding, supporting a more encouraging tone in instruction, and finding ways to maximize your practice time each session.
